NORIBACHI SALES has an immediate need for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS located across the U.S.
As Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue
for the company by prospecting for customers, developing new relationships, and ultimately
securing commercial contracts to achieve aggressive annual sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and converting leads into profitable business relationships
- Analyzing customer energy and facility data to understand a company’s energy management needs.
- Working with Noribachi’s portfolio of offerings to develop solutions that solve customer’s business problems.
- Preparing and presenting financial and sales proposals and presentations offering LED and Solar hybrid lighting solutions.
Also positioning personal and commercial scale solar solutions in support of customer energy efficiency strategies.
- Negotiating and closing contracts for lighting and solar related products with direct customers.
- Reporting on all sales activities according to Noribachi’s sales process and using Noribachi’s sales reporting systems.
Incentive Plan
- Salary of $96,000 per year with a scaled first quarter of employment.
- Salary by month for the first Quarter of employment is as follows:
- Month 1: $2,000, Month 2: $4,000, Month 3: $8,000
- Base salary will remain at $8,000 per month in subsequent months of employment.
- $100 Monthly Cell Phone Allowance.
- Sales Revenue commitments are scaled in the first quarter of employment:
- Month 1: $3,000, Month 2: $5,000, Month 3: $15,000
- Follow on minimum Quarterly sales commit: $125,000
- Commission Plan: Performance based incentive of 6% of actual customer revenue paid out monthly after full payment is received by Noribachi.
- Example: $150,000 of commission paid on each $2,500,000 of deals sold.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills with experience using MS Excel and web based applications.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management or Engineering discipline that applies to LED, Solar and energy efficient technology. Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or Economics.
- Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment with the aptitude to quickly learn new technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply creativity and objectivity while solving technical problems.
- Strong customer focus to ensure great service and high customer satisfaction with Noribachi’s products.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Customer Management and or Sales experience, but not required
- Certified Energy Manager certification is a plus but not required.
