FINANCING
Noribachi is excited to partner with Falcon to offer your customers several unique financing options when purchasing products. Whether it’s a short-term loan or longer term lease we can customize a payment plan to meet their individual needs.
Falcon Leasing, an affiliate of Falcon National Bank offers a wide range of financial products to businesses throughout the United States. Our customers have grown to appreciate the flexibility that we offer and how easy we make financing. If you want to close more sales with financing just follow these easy steps:
1. Understand who Falcon can finance.- A Business located within the continental United States
- Company must be in business under the same ownership for a minimum of:
- 3 years for transactions below $35,000
- 5 years for transactions above $35,000
- The minimum size transaction we finance is $5,000
Let each customer know that you have financing available if needed. Include a customized financing sheet with every proposal given (see attached). Make sure they know that financing is available and you can help them more easily match their payment with their energy savings.
3. If you or your customer has a question about the financing - call Falcon.Our staff is here to help you to close more sales with financing. If you need help just call Don Polfliet directly at 320-968-2007 or any one of our staff at 888-519-3544. We will be happy to answer your questions or speak directly to your customer to make sure they understand the programs available.
4. What should you do when a customer wants to move forward?You or your customer can download an application at www.FalconLeasing.com or you can forward a copy of the attached application. For all transactions below $50,000 we will also need a copy of the first page of your customer’s last three bank statements showing their beginning and ending balances. This can be faxed to 888-519-3545 or send to Falcon at dpolfliet@FalconLeasing.com. If you would rather have Falcon collect the necessary information just call Don at 320-968-2007 and he will give them a call.
What happens next?- A decision is normally made within 24-48 hours after we have received all the necessary information.
- Once approved, we will notify you and your customer with the approval and the terms offered.
- We will contact the customer to see if they have any further questions and to see if they would like to move forward.
- If yes, we will contact Noribachi for an invoice so we can complete the documents which will be sent electronically to your customer.
- After they are returned, we will notify Noribachi that we have all documents and to authorize the release of the equipment. If a deposit is needed, we will pay this deposit on behalf of the customer and the balance will be paid once the equipment is delivered and accepted.
