HOW IT WORKSWhen the panel is in sunlight, the charge controller finds the maximum power point to optimally charge the battery. When the light is needed, the controller then passes available power from the battery to the light. Once the battery is discharged, the controller switches the light to grid power while ensuring battery longevity.
