Rhonda Dibachi

Rhonda Dibachi is the co-founder of Noribachi. Prior, Rhonda was co-founder of Niku Corporation where she served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Planning and Senior Vice President of Development. Earlier, she was Quality Assurance Director for Webvan, the online grocery store. Rhonda also held a number of positions in Oracle's applications division, including Development Manager and Architect. Rhonda worked for Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) as a management consultant; she began her career at GE as a field engineer. She is co-author of “Just Add Management: Seven Steps to Creating a Productive Workplace and Motivating Your Employees In Challenging Times.” Rhonda has a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. In 2010, she was appointed to the New Mexico State Board of Finance.
